I had a great experience with Deluxe Paint and Body Works! The staff was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and my vehicle has been running great ever since. I really appreciated their excellent customer service and fair pricing. It’s refreshing to find an auto repair shop you can trust. I highly recommend this shop. I worked with Leo, he's great. To anyone looking for reliable, quality automotive service in Charlotte and surrounding, please check them out. LEO and his crew did amazing major work on my car (oil pump, struts, sway bar links, tie rods, ball joints) and everything came out perfect. Super honest mechanic who gives real advice on what’s safe and what’s not. Rare to find!glad I found a good mechanic

I have an ‘06 Chevy Impala that needed paint only on one side of the vehicle and also on the hood and bumper. Leo and his crew did an excellent job color matching, smoothing out the surface, and painting. They went as far as blending the adjacent panels so the color would flow nicely. My hood had a dent and bad paint issues. He surprised me and actually replaced the hood for a new one for me! Big thanks for that! That goes to show that he is doing what’s best for the customer. The paint turned out phenomenal, it looks smooth and without any orange peel. They also installed pin stripes on both sides of the car and they look great! I’m very satisfied and happy how my car turned out and it looks refreshed and much newer. Leo was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of the job and answered all my questions during the process. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work. They completed the whole project in 5 business days as promised. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to paint their vehicle. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. They spray paint match my front bumper cover. I bought a new one and the pray painted and clear coated it. It looks amazing. Can't tell the difference from the OEM paint job. They were relatively affordable too... To spray paint and replace/install the new bumper (taking off the old one), they charged me $300 for the paint job and $150 to install it (if I wanted them to install it for me). I paid total of $450. Totally worth it. Leo (Leonard Marquez) was nice. He's guys did a good job on my vehicle. Now let's see how the paint job holds up over time. If anything changes, I'll be back here updating my original review.
